How to Book
Whilst we do still prefer to have direct contact with all our customers when they book, we also realise that modern technology should be made available and used when appropriate or more convenient, therefore we have an online facility as well as email.
Telephone
As they say, it's good to talk! Call us and we'll happily sort out your requirements in the good old fashioned way.
Email
Email us with your requirements. Happily now I don't sit at my computer all day so I'm not able to reply to emails straight away but, hopefully within a reasonable time, I will respond. If your booking is for an arrival in less than 48 hours, telephone is best.
Book OnLine
This is a fairly new facility, not only to us but also to a lot of B&Bs and hotels around the country, we hope you find it useful and easy to use. Please note the following:
  • You will be taken to a new browser window and to another web site
  • We pay a commission for this service
    !
Many people simply use this to check availability and then call or email us!

Terms and Conditions

For bookings made directly with Beechwood by email or telephone,we follow this simple policy:

When a booking is made it is expected to be confirmed and a contract then exists between us. In most circumstances we do not need a deposit but an exchange of emails (or letters) is essential to obtain all contact details and check that dates, rates and any other requests are correct.

Should there be a very good reason for a booking to be cancelled, we expect reasonable notice to give us the chance to relet the room. We will not make a cancellation charge unless absolutely necessary and only in the event of a loss of revenue or after incurring costs. We do not consider a change in the weather to be a "good reason to cancel!"

Payment on departure is normal and we take cash and major credit cards. Cheques are acceptable but only up to the limit of a valid cheque guarantee card.
