Evening meals at Beechwood B&B are quite social occasions as we [Andrew & Lorrain]try always to sit down with our guests and we all dine together. A 2 course dinner, main and dessert followed by cofee, is normal and we cater for special diets and particular tastes.
With great skill in the kitchen, Lorraine creates lovely starters, main courses and wonderful puddings and desserts. As much produce as possible is bought locally; beef and lamb come from two hill farms here in Postbridge. We don't have set menus nor do we usually offer choices but we do cater for special diets and tastes to suit all who are eating that evening.
If you would like to dine with us on one or more evenings during your stay, do please let us know as soon as possible. We don't like to say 'no' but we don't offer dinner every evening. |
Beef & Lamb come from two local farms, Runnage and Pizwell
Whilst we do cater for nearly all tastes - vegetarians and fish eaters, poultry lovers etc. it is the local Dartmoor beef and lamb that we love to offer most. It is lovely meat and it supports the local farms as directly as is possible.,
We charge £17.50 for 2 courses, main and dessert but we can offer 3 course meals for special ocasions @ £22.00 per person | |
