Evening meals.. |
| Country cooking with local produce |
 |
Evening meals are as much a part of a visit to Beechwood as breakfast! Sometimes we manage to eat with our guests and make a real dinner party or it. |
At Beechwood we are pleased to be able to offer evening meals to our guests. Although there are two pubs locally sometimes it is nice not to have to go out again, especially after a hard days walking and when it's cold and dark. With great skill in the kitchen, Lorraine creates lovely starters, main courses and wonderful puddings and desserts. As much produce as possible is bought locally; beef and lamb come from two hill farms here in Postbridge. |

"Beef & Lamb come from two local farms, Runnage and Pizwell"
Whilst we do cater for nearly all tastes, vegetarians and fish eaters, poultry lovers etc. it is the local Dartmoor beef and lamb that we love to offer most. It is lovely meat and it supports the local farms as directly as is possible.,
